When you report a problem, please tell us
- The version number from the footer (for example v1.0.7).
- Your browser and operating system (the “Copy report template” button below fills this in for you).
- What you did, what you expected and what the page showed – including the “Technical details” line if there is one.
Please do not send recordings, pictures or passwords. We use your message only to answer you.
Report template
Click “Copy report template”, open your email program, start a new message to the address above and paste (Ctrl+V, Mac: ⌘V). Then describe what happened.
What we cannot do
We cannot look at your computer or your company’s Teams settings, and we cannot change accounts or licences. For problems that depend on your organisation, ask your IT department; the summary from the troubleshooter helps them.
