What it does
FixMyMeeting is a free website for the moments when Microsoft Teams does not work: you cannot be heard, cannot hear others or cannot be seen in a meeting, chats do not load, or the app does not start. You pick the problem, test your microphone, camera and speakers right in the browser where that helps, and get clear, step-by-step instructions for Windows and Mac.
Who it is for
For everyone who joins meetings and is not an IT expert – and for helpdesks that want to send colleagues a simple link. The summary for IT gives support staff exactly the facts they need.
Private by design
The device tests run entirely in your browser. Recordings and pictures are never uploaded, and a device is only used while a test is running. Read the privacy policy for the details.

Languages and platforms
English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, for Windows and Mac. Opening the site without a language takes you to your browser language, or English; you can always switch.
The name
The name says what it is about: fix your meeting. It does not contain the name of any meeting product, so the site can grow beyond a single tool.
